1 General Information

db54 ("Platform") is an online entertainment service that provides casino gaming, sports betting, and related services. In the event of any discrepancy between this Bengali version and any version published in English or any other language, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

From the date these Terms take effect, they replace all previous oral or written agreements and understandings. db54 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Account Security and Password

• After logging in from a public or shared device, always remember to end your session.
• db54 never asks for your password or payment PIN by email or chat — any such request is fraudulent.

db54 is not responsible for any loss resulting from disclosure of account credentials to a third party.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on db54 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• To be eligible for the bonus, registration must be completed and a first deposit must be made.
• Before withdrawing the bonus, the combined total of the bonus and the original deposit must be wagered 20 times (20x).
• The wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

5.2 Other Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, db54 runs various reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are published at the time the offer is announced.

• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• db54 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program and Cashback

db54's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Tiers can be advanced through active participation and regular play. Cashback is generally credited at a set time each week.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Manipulating or placing coordinated bets with the intent to gain bonus advantages.
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to gain a gaming advantage.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's funds or payment account.
• Attempting to hack or carry out any other technical attack on the platform's security systems.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Harassing, threatening, or disturbing other members.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage (any such error found must be reported immediately).

9 Privacy & Personal Information

db54 places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. The information you provide is used solely for the purposes of delivering services, verifying identity, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations.

• Your information is not shared with third parties for marketing or sales purposes.

11 Account Closure & Termination

11.1 Closure Initiated by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Proper verification will be carried out before the request is processed, and any withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be returned.

11.2 Closure Initiated by db54

db54 reserves the right to suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions or fraudulent activity.
• Legal or regulatory obligations.
• Long-term inactive accounts (the specific inactivity period will be announced separately).
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, please contact db54's support team first. We aim to resolve any issue fairly and promptly.
